55 years of age + 45 years playing hockey = 100 years of fun !!!
Celebrate with me. Let's have a fun filled weekend of meeting friends, making new friends, playing hockey, having a drink together and make memories.
At the end of 2014, I was told by an orthopedist that I had played my last hockey game.
But I'm still stumbling around as long as I can. Because as long as I do, I meet all of you and we have fun together.
All participating teams have a meaning to me and are a colorful mix of nations and characters, on and off the pitch.
In addition to many great trips and experiences on the pitch and in the third half, my family is the most important thing. My wife, Daniela, whom I met on the hockey pitch of course, and our son, Felix. When I go traveling, Dani always asks me: "do you have your stick, passport and credit card? You can buy the rest!" When I come home she asks, looking at my face and at my walk: "Aren't you hurt? Did you have fun ? Then it's alright !" Being married to a female hockey player is unbeatable. And Felix is taking all my energy in between and keeping me fit with new challenges all the time - at least I had not planned to start surfing at the age of 52.
So let's all stay healthy and have fun. A huge THANK YOU to all of you for your participation.
